Shipping

The Parfumerie ships via UPS. All orders within the 48 continental United States are shipped free of charge. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $5 shipping charge. All international orders are subject to a $15 shipping charge.

Returns

The Parfumerie will accept returns on unopened merchandise only within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase. Any opened or damaged merchandise a customer wishes to return must be arranged on a special basis by telephone by calling (502) 893-8868 or 1-888-869-4321.

Special Orders

If you are looking for a product or fragrance that you do not see on our site, please contact us at perfumeky@aol.com or by phone at (502) 893-8868 or 1-888-869-4321. We are often able to locate fragrances that we may not have featured on our site. There will be no additional charges associated with special orders or shipping.

Gift Certificates

Parfumerie gift certificates are available for any amount or for a specific product. They may be redeemed in our store or used for online ordering, although all online or phone orders using a gift certificate will require that the original certificate be received by the Parfumerie via mail and accompanied by the completed order form before orders will be shipped.
